Installation & other useful Info:

Mount the disc image with Disk Copy, or Toast. I originally created the image with Toast 5 Titanium on OS 9 but Disk Copy 6.3.3 opened it okay under 10.4 Classic mode too. Once mounted just install and that's that. The game doesn't require a disc to be inserted to play it so you have no need to keep the image mounted once the game is installed.

Also included here is a SIT archive containing an application called SimTower Bank, which is a small program that patches SimTower save game files to change the amount of money available to the player. It is a handy little cheat tool to have in case you run out of funds.

As far as I know this game works find under Classic mode.
